Hello! My name is Hannah Ebels. I grew up here in west Michigan, and my husband and I live here in Grand Haven with our toddler. I am currently working on my labor and postpartum doula certifications.
Since becoming a new mother, I have seen a need in our community to support women on the edge of mother hood.
Becoming a new mom whether its your first or your fourth, it can be so amazing and still overwhelming. There can be so much joy in the process of creating and birthing new life, but it can also be a season of unknown. I am here to help Mothers and their partners to walk besides them, through that unknown. I am passionate to help mothers feel safe and informed throughout their whole journey.
Your experience matters and your voice matters, your personal wants and desires are possible in labor, birth, and postpartum.
What Services I Provide
Prenatal Care
Prenatal care is extremely important for you and your baby's health. This includes prenatal doctors visits, at home visits, nutrition, prenatal exercise and birth preparation.
Birthing support
I take on a limited number of clients at any one time to make sure I can give you the full care and attention you deserve. By offering Birthing Guidance, my goal is to reduce any stress, allowing you to pay attention to your body and your baby.
Postpartum Support
Pregnancy, birth and the early days of child rearing can be very scary and stressful. My role with my Postpartum Support service is to ensure you get the best information and care possible. No matter when you need me, I will be there offering support.
Breast feeding support
It can be overwhelming starting breastfeeding right after birth. Having proper support can make or break your breastfeeding experience. I can walk with you through the rough waters and leave you with the confidence you need.
