Hello! I am so glad you are here! My name is Hannah Ebels. I grew up here in west Michigan, and my husband and I live here in Grand Haven with our toddler. I am currently working on my labor and postpartum doula certifications.
Since becoming a new mother, I have seen a need in our community to support women on the edge of mother hood.
Becoming a new mom whether its your first or your fourth, it can be so amazing and still overwhelming. There can be so much joy in the process of creating and birthing new life, but it can also be a season of unknown. I am here to help Mothers and their partners, to walk besides them, through that unknown. I am passionate to assist mothers in feeling safe and informed throughout their whole journey.

What is a Doula?
The term Doula originated from the ancient Greeks meaning female servant and historically they were women who supported another woman through childbirth.
Now Doula refers to a trained professional who provides physical, emotional, and informational support to women before, during and after childbirth.
Prenatal Care
Prenatal care is extremely important for you and your baby's health. This includes, in home prenatal and postnatal education, nutritional education, prenatal exercise and birth preparation.
Birthing Support
Physical, emotional, and informational support throughout your birth- whether you're planning a hospital birth, home birth. I'm by your side to help you feel empowered, supported, and informed every step of the way.
Postpartum Support
Care doesn't stop after birth! I offer nurturing, in-home postpartum services to help you rest, recover, and bond with your baby. From emotional support to light household tasks and newborn care tips, I am here to ease the transition.
Lactation Support and Education
Breastfeeding can be beautiful - and challenging. I provide gentle, evidence-based lactation support and education tailored to your needs and goals, whether you're nursing, pumping or combo feeding.
